We are open 24 hours a day. You can book your reservation for any time of the day or night.

Absolutely. City Transportation accepts the following credit cards:

• MasterCard
• Visa
• Discover

We also accept Traveler’s Checks. We do not accept personal checks. The passenger can pre-pay using the online reservation form, or pay by card or cash when the vehicle arrives.

Yes, City Transportation does provide flat rates for long distance trips or trips over 25 miles. Please use our Rate Estimator, or give call or email us if you want to know the rate for your trip.

Our automated online reservation system eliminates the chances of a no-show. When a reservation time is approaching, the dispatch center is notified, and the vehicles are sent out to pick you up on-time. But for your satisfaction, you may reconfirm your ride by phone an hour or two before your pickup.
